Aleesha Young established herself as the top female bodybuilder professional in the latter half of 2010s. Aleesha was born in 1984 to an athlete family. Her father participated in bodybuilding while her brothers and sisters were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha played softball, soccer as well as basketball until she began bodybuilding at the age of fifteen. Aleesha was granted her professional card in 2014 after she won her first NPC USA Championships. When she started to compete, it was in 2008. In 2014, she participated in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she ranked 9th. Her finish was ninth for 2015. Both in 2015 and 2016 Aleesha was ranked 6th in the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. The first time she competed professionally included her participation in the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She was steadily getting better and was crowned winner after winning the Chicago Pro Championships. The best WOS result was achieved in the year 2020. She placed fourth. The "World's strongest mom" had to take a break due to her health.
